Joker Domino

This game is a little different from domino, in that it also carries jokers.

Joker Domino consists of 3 - 15 payers. Cards are dealt amongst players. For the first round from Admin to the last player that joined the group. For subsequent rounds, cards are dealt starting from the player next to the one with the highest score.

Each round starts with the player that has a 7♥ (which must be played to start the game). If there are multiple decks of cards and if a player has a 7♥, they have to play it when it's their turn. For subsequent turns, players may use an adjacent card, a seven of any suit, or pass. A player can pass only if no playable card is available (the game won't allow a 'Pass' if there is a playable card). A joker can be played as any card except a seven, however jokers can be played only when ANY one player has 3 or less cards left in the game.

The game ends when a player has no cards left. At the end of each round, points are scored by adding the value of the cards left in hands of each remaining player (1 point for an ace, 2 for a two, 11 for a jack, 13 for a king and so on). The goal of the game is to score LEAST amount of points and also to block cards of other players. The player(s) with the most points at the end of the game loses
